Janey Kaplan

Janey has sold real estate in Marin since 2003.  While the market has had its ups and downs, Janey’s commitment to her clients has remained consistent.  Her approach to real estate is based on seeking an understanding of a client’s needs, educating them on the market, and then working diligently and strategically to help them find their home.  Janey prides herself on hard work, ethics, knowledge base and strong relationships with her colleagues.  Janey’s love of networking has helped her get buyers many “wins” in multiple-offer situations, and her sellers love how hard she works to personally promote their properties.  Janey’s professional background includes working on-air and off in television and radio in both San Francisco and Sacramento, and in a sales capacity for the San Francisco Giants.  Originally from New York, Janey is a 30-year Bay Area resident.  She lives in central Marin with her husband, three children and two rescued dogs. She has put her children through both public and private schools, and knows many educators and administrators.
